hiNext is a service of Hilarios Software & Consulting S.A.S., CUIT 30-71820425-5, Córdoba, Argentina. These terms explain the basic rules for applying to a search through hiNext. They are short on purpose: what matters about your data is in the Privacy Policy.

  • The service is free for you. We never ask you for money or payment details. If someone does so on behalf of hiNext, it is a scam: let us know at mail@hinext.io.
  • You must be 18 or older to apply.
  • The information you provide must be yours and true. You can leave out whatever you want, but you cannot make up experience, degrees or identity. If we detect false information, we close the application.
  • Your CV and your test remain yours. You give us permission to use, copy, transcribe and share them only for the purposes and with the recipients described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish them or use them to train artificial intelligence models.
  • Accessibility. If you cannot record yourself on video or audio for accessibility or any other reason, write to us at mail@hinext.io and we will find an alternative.
  • We do not guarantee a hire or an interview. We decide who to present based on their fit with the search, and the company decides who to hire.
  • Respect. We will treat you with respect and we expect the same. You may not use the form to send spam or offensive or illegal content, or to try to access other people's data.
  • You can leave whenever you want. To stop receiving emails, reply to any of them asking to unsubscribe; to have us delete your data, write to mail@hinext.io.
  • Artificial intelligence with human oversight, as explained in section 3.1 of the Privacy Policy. Some emails may be drafted with the help of AI; there is always a person in charge of your process.
  • Changes. We may update these terms; we publish each version with its date on hinext.io.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Nothing in them limits the rights granted to you by the data protection and employment laws of your country, which always prevail.
