Question 1

Is the fee really flat regardless of the candidate's salary?

Accepted Answer

Exactly. We don't care if the candidate earns 1k or 10k; our work and effort to find the best is the same. No percentages, no surprises at the end of the process. Total transparency from day one.

Question 2

What happens if the hired candidate quits after a month?

Accepted Answer

We have a 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the candidate doesn't work out or quits within that period, we conduct the search again at no additional cost. Your investment is protected.

Question 3

How do you manage to deliver a shortlist in just 7 days?

Accepted Answer

We don't start from scratch. We have a pre-validated talent network and proprietary technology that actively filters. When you request a profile, we already have the best candidates on our radar — we just finish validating them for you.

Question 4

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

Accepted Answer

We require an activation fee to put our entire team to work on your position. The remaining balance is paid only upon successful hiring. If there's no result, there's no additional charge.
